Favorite Targets

BULL REDS:

— Monster red drum peak in Sept & Oct but can be found year round in Hilton Head’s coastal waters.

COBIA:

— One of the southeast’s greatest cobia fisheries sits just a short run offshore of Hilton Head. A unique spot in the SC reef system with structure and live bottom that spans 50-90 ft depths and attracts a massive cobia population During late spring and summer.

SHARKS:

— Warmer waters (Apr-Sept) bring consistent action inshore for Sharks (and other species) in Hilton Head’s tidal creeks, rivers, and sounds. Larger sharks can be caught and released year-round in nearshore/offshore waters.

WAHOO:

— Make a run to the blue waters of the Gulf Stream where Wahoo can be targeted specifically while ‘High Speed Trolling’. Slow trolling opens up the menu to include other pelagic fish like Dolphin (Mahi/Dorado), Black Fin Tuna, and Sailfish. Year-round with varying species.

COBIA:

— Fish the Spring Cobia run (late March thru June) on a 4 to 8 hour trip nearshore/offshore.

WRECKS & REEFS:

— Lots of structure is available in the 3-30 mile range for targeting a variety of species that can be accessed within a half to full day trip. Get in touch for a fish report on what’s happening now or what to expect during your visit.
